All shipping rates are based on the purchase amount before taxes or any discounts. Product that is "freight intensive" will be subject to additional shipping costs. Please email us for rates on these items. The United States and International Orders please contact us for shipping rates. Customer will be responsible for any customs, duties and the taxes applicable to your location.
Returns & Refunds
If you need to return the item(s) you purchased, we will gladly accept returned orders (not including sale or clearance items), providing the product is in new condition, smoke-free and contain no pet hair or other flaws. Colors may differ to what is shown on the site. We are not responsible if a color does not meet expectations, based on website photo, as computers can alter the true coloring of a fabric. There are no refunds on books and patterns.
For returns, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number & the reason for return and we will respond promptly with details on how to do your return. Note: you must email us first before returning the item so that we can expect it and act on it promptly.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to email us regarding the return. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returnable item back to us. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We do our best to make sure every order is sent out correctly, but if a mistake is made with your order let us know immediately. Send an email to: email@example.com and it will be corrected immediately at no cost to you.
We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages. In the event you did not receive a package please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist in tracking the package to see if we can find what happened to it. We cannot offer a refund in the event of a lost or undelivered package.
